Job summary

Finns Bali seeks a capable software integration specialist to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications, APIs, automation, utilities, and system extensions. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and build integrations across ERP, POS, PMS, CRM, WMS, HRIS, and other business systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications, APIs, automation, utilities, and system extensions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Design and maintain integrations across ERP, POS, PMS, CRM, WMS, HRIS, payment, e-commerce, BI, and other business systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, webhooks, databases, and file-based systems.
• Manage data mapping, transformation, validation, synchronization, and loading to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Participate in the full development and integration lifecycle from requirements and design through testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation, and support unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot system, integration, performance, and data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, consultants, and solution providers to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Follow development and integration best practices, including version control, code review, testing, security, documentation, and architecture standards.
