Job summary

Serial is seeking a qualified NetSuite ERP Developer to design, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite configurations aligned with business needs. You will build NetSuite customizations, integrate with third-party systems, and translate user requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, SuiteScript knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, support UAT, and help deploy new features

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Software/ERP Developer in retail or FMCG industries.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (implementation, customization, or support).
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), workflows, and NetSuite configurations.
• Experience with system integrations using APIs.
• Understanding ERP concepts and business processes, especially finance and accounting, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
