Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a production environment.
• Proven experience with NetSuite modules: Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and Reports.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems.
• Understanding of ERP best practices, data governance, and system security (RBAC).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom records, fields, workflows, and forms in NetSuite based on business needs.
• Develop and manage automated approval chains, notifications, and data triggers to reduce manual effort.
• Create and maintain complex saved searches, dashboards, and reports using SuiteAnalytics and standard reporting tools.
• Build and maintain integrations with external platforms using RESTlets, webhooks, and the NetSuite SOAP/REST APIs.
• Manage roles, permissions, and user access to ensure data security and compliance.
• Participate in NetSuite rollouts, upgrades, and data migrations - from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Create user guides, process documentation, and conduct training sessions for non-technical teams.
• Proactively monitor system performance, resolve errors, and improve usability across departments
