PT Mattel Indonesia is seeking a Soft Goods Engineer based at our North Cikarang facility in West Java. This full-time role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop innovative soft goods products for our global toy brands.

You will optimize production with cutting methods and machine performance, ensure safety and compliance, lead process improvements, and support daily production needs. English proficiency and willingness to be based in Cikarang (WFO) are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machinery/automation; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with textile manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical abilities.
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang with an office-based (WFO) arrangement.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize production efficiency through cutting methods, control systems, and machine performance analysis.
• Maintain machinery, ensure safety/compliance, and update process documentation.
