Zusammenfassung

PT Mattel Indonesia is hiring a Soft Goods Engineer to help develop innovative soft goods products for our global toy brands. The role is based at North Cikarang, West Java, and is a full-time, on-site position working with cross-functional teams to realize product visions.

You will optimize production efficiency, ensure safety and compliance, and drive process improvements with strong CAD and English communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome and a WFO arrangement is in place.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machinery/automation; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with textile manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical abilities and engineering knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang with a work-from-office arrangement.
• Proven proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Job Description

As a Soft Goods Engineer at PT Mattel Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in the development of innovative soft goods products for our globally renowned toy brands.
