Zusammenfassung

PT Mattel Indonesia, based in North Cikarang, West Java, is seeking a Soft Goods Engineer to help develop innovative soft goods for our global toy brands. This full-time role collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring product visions to life from concept to production.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, has at least 2 years in machinery/automation (fresh graduates welcome), CAD proficiency, and knowledge of textile manufacturing processes,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in machinery/automation; fresh graduates welcome.
Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of textile manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

Optimize production efficiency through cutting methods, control systems, and machine performance analysis.
Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth operations by maintaining machinery and updating process documentation.
Lead process improvements, manage line balancing, and provide ongoing support for daily production needs.
