Job summary

PT Mattel Indonesia is seeking a Soft Goods Engineer to develop innovative products for our global toy brands. Based in North Cikarang, West Java, this full-time role collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring product visions to life.

You will optimize production processes, ensure safety and compliance, and lead improvements while supporting daily production. Indonesian candidates should be based in Cikarang with a WFO arrangement and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machinery/automation; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and familiarity with textile manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical abilities and engineering knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang with a work-from-office (WFO) arrangement.
• Proven proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities
