Yayasan Pendidikan Kader Bangsa Indonesia is seeking a Social Media Production Staff to execute daily social media production activities under the PR & Media Coordinator. The role focuses on content creation, posting, documentation, and basic engagement monitoring in line with brand guidelines.

You will create and publish content across official school channels, manage daily postings, document activities, edit media, and organize archives to support communications and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in social media handling or media production.
• Experience managing organizational or brand social media accounts is an advantage.
• Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Able to use content creation and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Create and publish social media content based on instructions and content plans.
• Manage daily posting and content scheduling across official school social media platforms.
• Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency with approved branding and messaging.
• Support basic engagement monitoring (likes, comments, messages) and escalate issues as instructed.
• Conduct photo and video documentation of school activities and events.
• Edit photos and videos for social media and institutional use.
• Organize, store, and maintain media files and archives for easy access.
• Support media coverage and documentation for school events and campaigns.
