We seek a creative social media coordinator to develop calendars, research trends, collaborate with the team and KOLs, analyze campaigns, and apply AI tools to plan and execute engaging content. Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply and grow within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Communication, Marketing, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and current trends
• Good research, analytical, and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Familiar with AI tools and their application in content development
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Premiere are highly preferred
• Relevant experience or portfolio in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media content calendars
• Conduct independent research on social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Coordinate with the creative team throughout the content development and publication process
• Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and negotiate rate cards
• Analyze campaign performance through Engagement Rate (ER)
• Utilize AI tools to support content planning, research, and execution
