Job summary

Serial is seeking a motivated Social Media Content Intern to assist in planning, creating, and scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You will support daily operations, craft captions, and engage with communities while tracking basic metrics.

The role targets final-year students or recent grads in Marketing or Communications with a strong interest in digital media, trend awareness, and English copywriting.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
• Familiar with major social media platforms (especially Instagram & TikTok)
• Up-to-date with social media trends and internet culture
• Basic copywriting skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia a plus)
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
