• Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, image editing) is beneficial.

• Interest or experience in education is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, media, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Indramayu. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media campaigns that promote school activities, educational programs, and community initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, writing captions, developing visual content in collaboration with staff, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and respectful manner. The role also involves optimizing content for reach and engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing periodic reports to guide future strategy. The Social Media Manager will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other team members to ensure all content reflects the institution’s values and supports its educational goals.
