Pondok Pesantren Al-madani in Indramayu, Indonesia, seeks a full-time Social Media Manager to plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, promoting school activities and community initiatives.

You will write captions, develop visual content with staff, monitor engagement, and respond to comments in a timely, respectful manner, while optimizing reach and analyzing metrics to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and SMO, including experience managing content calendars and campaigns.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content in relevant languages.
• Experience in Content Strategy, including planning themes and aligning content with objectives.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, image editing) is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and report on performance.
• Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Interest or experience in education is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, media, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms to promote school activities and community initiatives.
• Create and schedule posts, write captions, and develop visual content with staff collaboration.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely, respectful manner.
• Optimize content for reach and engagement and analyze performance metrics.
• Prepare periodic reports to guide future strategy and decisions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and team members to reflect the institution’s values.
