Job summary

Kitabisa is seeking a driven student or fresh graduate to support social media administration and content creation. You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Social Media teams to plan campaigns, produce engaging content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

You will monitor trends, engage with audiences, and contribute ideas to improve content performance while working in a hybrid setup in South Jakarta with office presence required twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Based in Jabodetabek and able to come to the office at least twice a week.
• Passionate about social media, trends, and digital storytelling.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media administration, including DMs, comments, inquiries, and daily Instagram Story (IGS) activations.
• Brainstorm, create, and produce engaging content, including collaborating with the Social Media team in content planning and production.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to support campaign initiatives and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to identify opportunities and suggest ideas for content improvement.
