MIKALINDO BAKTI CEMERLANG is seeking an Events Specialist to develop and execute engaging social media content and coordinate offline activations. You will craft posts aligned with brand voice, collaborate with influencers, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns.

The role requires planning and executing events, building relationships with KOLs and vendors, and staying current with digital trends to grow brand visibility in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience as Events Specialist or similar required.
• Experience with social media strategy.
• Proven content creation and writing skills.
• Ability to manage events and activations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms.
• Create, edit and publish daily posts that align with brand voice and objectives.
• Track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
• Plan and run offline marketing activations such as events, community activations, brand activations, partnerships.
• Willing to work on-site and follow the operational needs of the campaign, including events outside normal hours.
