Job summary

LYD Bali Group's La Plancha in Bali is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to tell our beachfront story across digital channels. You will create compelling photo, video, and story content, manage our social feeds, and boost online engagement to raise awareness and drive footfall to the venue.

The role requires hospitality or lifestyle experience, comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva, and the ability to work evenings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or beach club/entertainment venues is preferred.
• Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms, with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
• Skills in content creation, photography, and basic videography.
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and stories.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with operations and marketing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event nights when required.

As Social Media Coordinator at La Plancha, you will be the creative storyteller who brings our vibrant beachfront energy to life across digital platforms. You will create engaging content, manage our social media channels, and grow online engagement to drive awareness and footfall in a dynamic hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

Create & Produce Content

• Plan and produce engaging photo, video, and story content that captures the La Plancha atmosphere
• Craft strong captions, copy, and stories that match the brand voice and speak to our audience
• Edit content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva

Manage Channels & Grow Engagement

• Manage day-to-day activity across social media platforms
• Use platform algorithms and trends to keep our content relevant, timely, and discoverable
• Grow online engagement to drive awareness and footfall to the venue

Collaborate & Cover Events

• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to align content with promotions, events, and daily venue activity
• Capture content on site during evenings, weekends, and event nights as required
