Job summary

PT Indsight Destination Managemen is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist Intern to manage end-to-end social media for True Indonesia and mytripology, crafting captions and overseeing the editorial calendar. You will work with a graphic designer to ensure visually compelling content and assist with asset sourcing.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates in marketing/communications and demonstrate strong English writing, brand awareness, and a proactive, creative approach.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with interest in marketing and social media strategy.
• Strong written communication skills in English and ability to adapt tone across brands.
• Experience with Instagram and Facebook content/brand management is a plus.
• Comfortable with basic social media metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Instagram editorial plan and content calendar for True Indonesia and mytripology.
• Write captions and overlay text for feed posts, carousels, and reels.
• Manage end-to-end social media process: planning, scheduling, posting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to brief creative needs and translate plans into visuals.
• Assist in sourcing assets (photos, videos) and copy for collateral beyond digital content.
• Track social media performance and summarize insights for stakeholders.
• Research trends to inform content direction and platform growth opportunities.
• Explore opportunities to extend presence to additional platforms; leverage AI tools to speed up drafts.
