Utama Spice is seeking a creative storyteller to bring our brand to life on social media. This on-site contract role is based in Gianyar, Bali, where you’ll join our workshop and retail spaces to capture day-to-day brand moments and share them with our audience.

You will plan, shoot, and edit photos and short-form videos, write captions in a consistent voice, track trends, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to maintain an authentic, on-brand presence across Instagram,

Competenze

• Strong skills in photography and short-form video.
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Indonesian is a plus.

Utama Spice is looking for a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for aesthetics to bring our brand to life on social media, on-site in Gianyar, Bali.

As our Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor, you will plan, create, and publish content across Utama Spice's social channels. This is an on-site contract role. You'll be present in our workshop and retail spaces to capture day-to-day brand moments and tell the stories behind our products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Shoot photos and short-form videos for promotional, branding, and social media content
• Edit videos end to end: music, subtitles, transitions, effects, and color grading
• Write captions and stories in a consistent brand voice
• Track trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts and turn them into fresh creative concepts
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams

Requirements:

• Strong skills in photography, short-form video, and social media copywriting
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva
• A strong aesthetic eye: you know what makes a photo or video beautiful and on-brand
• An active personal presence on social media
• Excellent written and spoken English; Indonesian is plus
• Creativity, attention to detail, and reliability with deadlines
• Comfortable working on-site with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and analytics
• Interest in natural skincare, essential oils, wellness, or sustainable living
