Qualifications

About The Role

We are looking for a highly hands-on, mobile-first Social Media Content Creator specializing in short-form video production to support Pinhome Interior & Pinwell (Pinhome Wellness Center). This role is focused on execution rather than high-level content strategy. The ideal candidate can independently ideate, shoot, edit & prepare engaging, platform-native content using a smartphone, while staying up to date with social media trends & brand priorities. The role will also support campaign execution, on-site coverage, partnerships, Pinwell’s pre-launch & launch content initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Develop short-form content ideas based on social media trends, audience interests, brand priorities & campaign objectives.
• Independently shoot and edit vertical videos using a smartphone & mobile editing applications such as CapCut.
• Cover projects, campaigns, events, partnerships & other on-site activities through engaging social-first content.
• Conduct interviews & capture testimonials or content featuring customers, agents, employees, service professionals, partners, other relevant talent.
• Prepare publish-ready video assets, including on-screen text, subtitles, suggested captions and CTAs, cover assets where required.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Specialist and/or relevant stakeholders to align on priorities, receive feedback & complete revisions within agreed timelines.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on content creation experience, with a portfolio primarily focused on short-form vertical video.
• Proven ability to ideate, shoot & edit content independently using a smartphone.
• Proficiency in CapCut or equivalent mobile video editing applications.
• Ability to adapt trends creatively to different brand identities & objectives rather than simply replicating viral content.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple content tasks, meet deadlines & adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to participate in on-site shooting, interviews, campaign coverage & event documentation when required.
