Job summary

PT Paramount Enterprise International is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to lead end-to-end campaigns from strategy to execution. You will drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue while managing social media, content creation, and paid media efforts.

The role requires 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Placement is in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online campaigns.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage several programs.
• Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Manage all social media accounts and activities, including content creation, KOL management, and paid media.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns based on data and KPIs to maximize results.
