Job summary

Global Company is seeking a dedicated Social Media Monitoring professional to join our Jakarta team. You will monitor Threads, analyze sentiment, and produce insightful daily and weekly reports to support our social media strategy.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in related roles, strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, and a solid understanding of major platforms including Threads, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform daily manual monitoring on Threads using predefined keywords and hashtags.
Monitor conversations, comments, and replies to identify audience sentiment.
Categorize sentiment into Positive, Neutral, and Negative.
Capture evidence of important discussions through screenshots.
Produce daily monitoring reports with actionable insights.
Conduct weekly competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.
Monitor potential crisis issues and escalate immediately.
Track recurring customer feedback and emerging conversation themes.
Maintain accurate monitoring logs and documentation.
Prepare daily monitoring reports.
Collaborate with Social Media, Community Management, and Strategy teams by providing actionable insights.
