UNDP Jakarta is seeking a SOC Assistant to support security communications, incident handling and information management within a fast-paced environment. You will help monitor personnel movements, verify SOC readiness, and maintain logs in accordance with UNSMS standards.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional security operations and requires strong MS Office skills, English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency, plus a valid driving license. It is based in Jakarta with potential shift work.

Qualifikationen

• Secondary education is required or a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years with secondary education or 1 year with a bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Aufgaben

• Support security communications and situational awareness.
• Log and escalate security incidents per SOPs and maintain contact with focal points.
• Monitor personnel movement and conduct headcounts per SOPs.
• Verify SOC operational status and assist with drills and exercises.
• Maintain logs and ensure information security compliance.
