Job summary

PT Alto Network is seeking an experienced SRE/IT Support professional to uphold reliability of our payment infrastructure. You will respond to incidents, manage changes, and drive automation across platforms.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, implement monitoring, and ensure SLA performance while deploying updates. Candidates should have 2+ years in similar roles and be adept with Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, and CI/CD in a cloud and on-premise environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in SRE/IT support or related role.
• Understanding of incident response and SLA management.
• Experience with monitoring and automation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent change management in implementing changes safely and efficiently in the production environment.
• Demonstrate excellent incident & problem response and resolve the issue within SLA.
• Demonstrate excellent service request handling from other parties within SLA.

Proven experience as SRE / IT Support / Application Support / System Engineer or similar position at least 2 years' experience.
