Job summary

PT Indonesia Defence Services is seeking a Site Project Supervisor to direct field operations on construction sites in Jakarta. You will lead the site team, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read technical drawings, and a track record in supervising construction activities. A diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree is preferred; OSHA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma required for the role.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site team by assigning daily tasks to construction workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance and track progress to maintain high productivity.
• Run daily morning and afternoon huddles to align workers on goals and resolve roadblocks.
• Enforce PPE protocols for all personnel.
• Conduct daily field walks to identify and fix safety hazards.
• Follow local building codes and health regulations strictly.
• Ensure vendors supply materials and equipment per schedule.
• Read technical documents and shop drawings before work starts.
• Monitor timelines to meet daily and weekly milestones.
• Update project managers and project engineers on site progress and write routine reports on labor, budget use, and delays.

Education

Diploma (minimum)

About you

Minimum diploma required; bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred

Proven work history in a leadership or supervisory construction role

Valid driver's license and safety credentials like OSHA

Good leadership skills, especially on the field
