Job summary

PT Envicon Ekatama is seeking an experienced Site Installation Coordinator for offshore construction and installation activities. You will coordinate personnel, tools, and equipment and ensure readiness, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

The role requires leading SBTC and HSSE documentation, ensuring personnel are medically fit and certified, and supporting field execution by interpreting technical documents and coordinating mobilization efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in oil and gas, offshore construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, specs and welding isometric/structural drawings.
• Familiar with construction practices, methods and standards.
• Holds Scaffolding Assessor and Rigger Assessor certificates issued by recognized institutions.

• Prepare and submit daily installation reports with personnel, tools, and equipment records.
• Manage personnel mobilization/demobilization documentation, SBTC and HSSE Passport requirements.

• Verify SBTC assessments have been completed by personnel.
• Assist in interpreting technical and project documents and support field execution to resolve issues.
• Prepare personnel mapping based on project requirements and company priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage personnel, tools, and equipment required for project installation activities
• Prepare and submit daily installation reports, including personnel, tools, and equipment records
• Manage personnel mobilization and demobilization documentation, including Safety Behavior and Technical Competence (SBTC) and HSSE Passport requirements
• Ensure all mobilized personnel are medically fit, properly trained, and hold valid competency certificates according to project requirements
• Verify that all personnel have successfully passed the required SBTC assessment
• Assist in interpreting technical and project documents and support field execution to resolve operational issues
• Prepare personnel mapping based on project requirements and company priorities

About you

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly offshore construction projects
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related discipline, or Construction Management
• Good knowledge of applicable codes, standards, specifications, and welding isometric/structural drawings in the oil and gas industry
• Familiar with construction practices, methods, and standards
• Must hold valid Scaffolding Assessor and Rigger Assessor competency certificates issued by government-authorized or nationally/internationally recognized institutions
