Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as site engineer or infrastructure assistant in palm oil-based companies.
• Technical competency in Civil/Construction/Structural placement in Kalimantan Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise infrastructure project activities on site to meet timeline and quality.
• Evaluate and develop bi-weekly project progress reports.
• Develop work progress claim documents (BAPP, BAST) aligned with actual site progress.
• Ensure site preparation and access roads are completed before contract award.
• Provide technical support for estate operations related to infrastructure, CSR and sustainability.
