PT Paramount Enterprise International is seeking an experienced HSE professional to implement health, safety, and environmental policies across project sites in Indonesia. You will conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OHS or related field and at least three years on construction or site projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS, engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• At least three years of HSE experience on construction or site projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Implement HSE policies and monitor compliance across project sites.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Compile HSE performance data and prepare reports and compliance documentation.
• Develop HSE dashboards and infographics to communicate performance.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to improve HSE practices.
