Job summary

PT Utomodeck Metal Works (Surabaya) mencari Site Engineer untuk mengelola konstruksi outlet secara langsung di lokasi proyek. Posisi ini mencakup pengawasan proses, mengatasi masalah teknis, serta memastikan kesesuaian MEP dengan standar perusahaan.

Anda akan memimpin tim di lokasi, mengelola timeline dan anggaran, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap laporan kemajuan proyek secara berkala. Posisi ini memperhatikan keselamatan dan kualitas konstruksi dengan fokus pada kepuasan klien.

Responsibilities

• Membuat blueprint untuk konstruksi outlet.
• Mengawasi proses konstruksi dan menangani masalah yang tidak terduga di lokasi.
• Menjaga timeline dan anggaran konstruksi.
• Melakukan pemesanan, penerimaan, dan pengujian peralatan outlet.
• Memastikan instalasi MEP sesuai standar perusahaan.
• Memberikan panduan teknis kepada seluruh tim kerja di proyek.

Job description

Creating blueprint for outlet construction

Overseeing construction process and deal with any unforeseen issue at the site

Keeping construction timeline and budget

Ordering, receiving and testing equipments for outlet

Ensuring MEP installation are according to company's standard

Provide technical guidance to the entire work team.

Ensure that all aspects of the scope of work meet the required standards.

Manage the team on-site at the project location.

Take responsibility for any issues that arise during the project.

Submit periodic progress reports.
