Job summary

PT Takeda Indonesia is hiring an experienced DD&T operations leader in Bekasi to manage site infrastructure, networks, servers, and cybersecurity. The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to support OT and plant-floor technologies while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and PowerShell administration.
• Experience with virtualized environments (VMware).
• Familiarity with server, storage, backup, DR, and enterprise network technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support site infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and end-user devices.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of site technology services.
• Lead resolution of complex infrastructure incidents and coordinate maintenance and upgrades.
• Own shop floor technology scope and support OT and plant systems.
