Job summary

Takeda is seeking an experienced DD&T leader in Bekasi, Indonesia, to independently manage site-level technology and manufacturing operations, balancing cybersecurity with business needs. You will partner with local and global stakeholders to ensure reliable infrastructure, OT readiness, and governance across the site.

The role includes leading shop floor technology, enterprise program deployments, and project delivery while ensuring compliance with global standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory
• VMware or other virtualization platforms experience
• Knowledge of server, storage, DR, and enterprise network technologies
• Experience supporting large scale IT infrastructure environments
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and risk management in IT/OT environments
• Strong incident, problem, and change management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage and support site infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, virtualization platforms, and end-user technologies.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and security of site technology services.
• Lead resolution of complex infrastructure and system incidents.
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance; drive improvements.
