Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a seasoned construction project lead to plan, direct, and monitor all field resources to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to specification. You will manage labor and subcontractors daily, drive teamwork, and ensure resource availability to meet the construction schedule.

A Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering is required, with 8–10 years in construction and strong CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literacy including CAD/databases.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor all project resources to ensure on-time, on-budget completion per specifications.
• Lead subordinates and management of labor, direct or subcontract, to meet construction schedules and ensure quality on site.
• Promote teamwork and ensure resources at site meet schedule through regular construction meetings.
• Understand project budget basics and ensure costs stay within budget.
