PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry is seeking a Designer Showroom Specialist for an on-site role in Surabaya. You will welcome visitors, understand their design needs, and recommend tile and surface solutions aligned with project requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing design proposals, coordinating colors and finishes, supporting sales with quotations, and maintaining attractive showroom displays while staying current on design trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Ability to translate design concepts into practical product recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, designers, and stakeholders.
Customer service and consultation skills with active listening.
Visual merchandising to maintain attractive showroom displays.
Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
Showroom, retail, interior design, or building materials experience preferred.
On-site work in Denpasar or Jakarta with occasional weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities
