Job summary

Petrosea is seeking a dedicated SHE professional to develop and oversee the Safety, Health, and Environment management within its project operations. The role focuses on preventing incidents, injuries, and illnesses while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Public Health, Occupational Health, or related field.
• 3 years of SHE experience in mining or EPC industries.
• Fluent English or strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of accident prevention, risk assessment, and emergency response.
• Proficient with MS Office and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate the SHE Management Plan and propose corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Support Journey to Zero Incidents, Zero Injuries, Zero Illness and Zero Harm in Petrosea project operations.
• Implement and maintain SHE Management System in project processes and ensure clear communication.
• Demonstrate cost and budget awareness; propose the SHE budget and monitor expenditure.
• Contribute to building Behaviour Based Safety and provide SHE leadership across teams.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs to ensure ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP compliance.
