Job summary

Understand Basic Safety Knowledge
Understand Hot Work Procedure
Understand 5R concept (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin)
Understand Safety Observation
Capable of conducting hazard identification and risk control

Responsibilities

Conduct Safety Patrol routinely in work areas
Conduct Fire Monitoring and Job Monitoring
Conduct Workplace SHE Inspection
Conduct Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
Conduct Safety Observation and report unsafe conditions and actions
Ensure work execution complies with applicable SHE procedures
Monitor implementation of 5R and safety standards in work areas
Assist in follow-up of SHE findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Create reports on inspection and SHE monitoring results
