Job summary

Trakindo in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a SHE Operation Analyst to consolidate and ensure the documentation of risk management programs and the implementation of SHE procedures across branches to minimize risk and support operations.

The role requires a minimum S1 in applied science or related field and at least 3 years of SHE operation experience in mining, oil and gas, or construction, with strong knowledge of safety regulations and incident investigations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 in Applied Science (Technic)/ Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in SHE Operation in Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and ensure documentation of risk management program and implementation of SHE procedures within respective Branch or Site in accordance with customer requirements and local regulations to minimize risk and support operational continuity.
  • Prepare and report SHE consumables utilization and PPE, including medical costs and property damage costs, to ensure accurate usage tracking and budget alignment.
  • Execute wellness programs and ensure medical referrals, including Return to Work assessments, to support MERP compliance and improve employee fitness.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) implementation in respective Branch or Site to achieve regulatory compliance and standardized processes.
  • Analyze customer and internal SHE applications and provide recommendations to improve safety awareness and performance.
  • Support SHE and CC training or awareness programs and manage safety and health risk in the Branch or Site.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Applied Science / Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Public Health
