The role collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to protect client interests and maintain service quality.

The ideal candidate has custody-related experience and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance in Securities Services

Qualifications

• Experience in custody department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor settlement activity during the day, ensuring client instructions are properly managed as per service agreements.
• Ensure all processing complies with internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodian banks and settlement agents to complete trades and resolve issues.
• Escalate any process gaps or risks to the Head of Settlement unit for timely remediation.
