Job summary

Macquarie Group invites applications for a Senior Associate in Trade Settlement Operations. The role focuses on end-to-end settlement of trades across fixed income, equities, and derivatives, ensuring accurate capture, matching, confirmation and post-settlement reconciliation.

You will investigate settlement breaks, fails, and discrepancies, escalate risks, and collaborate with global markets across Indonesia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Requires a tertiary degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related discipline.
• Experience in investment operations, trade support, middle office, custody or asset management is valuable.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle including capture, matching, confirmation, affirmation, allocation, settlement and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end settlement of trades across asset classes.
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks, cash/stock breaks and unmatched trades.
• Review and reconcile post-settlement activity; escalate risks as needed.
