Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead a Regional Operating Centre responsible for service sales, scheduling, and customer support across Western Europe/EMEA. You will manage back-office activities, forecast the service demand, and drive service delivery excellence.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in electrical support services, strong leadership, and a commercial mindset to optimize contracts, pricing, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Electrical/Electronic support industry with service provisioning and customer management.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and service delivery in critical infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational, financial and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and manage a 24/7/365 Regional Operating Centre.
• Oversee Service Sales, Scheduling, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Training, Tech Support & local Service Projects team.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster strong customer relationships.
• Drive service performance improvements and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
