Vertiv Co is seeking a Service Support Lead to oversee service support activities across the Indonesia Market Unit. You will manage small projects, warranty handling, channel partner support, and stock management to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with regional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement in service efficiency. Strong PM skills and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in service operations, technical support, or project management within power/critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in warranty management, channel partner management, and inventory/logistics coordination.
• Experience with UPS systems, thermal management, or critical infrastructure products preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service support activities across the Indonesia Market Unit.
• Manage small-scale projects from initiation through completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate warranty claim processes and liaise with factory and supply chain for parts.
• Serve as primary contact for channel partners and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee spare parts inventory planning and stock visibility; monitor turnover and aging.
• Mentor junior team members within the service support function.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align service strategies and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support strategic planning and operational decision-making with Head of Service Operations.
