A leading eCommerce solutions provider is seeking a full-time SEO and Google Ads Specialist in Jakarta. You will be responsible for optimizing SEO strategies, managing Google Ads campaigns, and providing analytical insights. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in the Cargo industry, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in both English and analytics tools is required.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in the Cargo Industry or B2B services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO strategies including article writing and keyword research.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and analyze organic traffic.
  • Support the development and execution of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Social Media teams for content plans.

Overview

This is a full-time position for an SEO and Google Ads Specialist (Full Stack Digital Marketing) at STORE2GO. The specialist will be responsible for keyword research, SEO audits, link building, web analytics, on-page SEO, and Google Ads campaign plan and management. This is an on-site role located in Jakarta.

STORE2GO is an end-to-end eCommerce Enabler company located in Jakarta. With over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, we provide complete eCommerce solutions to help brands succeed in the eCommerce field. We aim to make businesses better, faster, and more profitable and assist in satisfying customers along the eCommerce journey.

This position is specifically for those with at least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads and SEO in the Cargo Industry.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (on-site).

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in the Cargo Industry or B2B services is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on improving KPIs and achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, Spreadsheets, Looker Studio, etc.
Responsibilities
  • SEO Management: Lead SEO strategies, including article writing, keyword research, and content planning. Oversee on-page SEO and track organic traffic metrics across platforms.
  • Technical SEO & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, analyze organic traffic, and prepare monthly SEO reports with insights on traffic and engagement.
  • Google Ads Campaigns: The Ads Performance Team supports the development and execution of Google Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Social Media and outsourcing teams to review content plans, support social media content, and provide insights for LinkedIn articles and email marketing.
  • Handle seasonal web banner uploads, monthly reports, video production coordination, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Preparing data reporting formats in spreadsheets (daily and monthly).
  • Work closely with the Finance Team to provide budget spent invoicing.
  • Work closely with the Content Creator team to create Ad Content.
  • Collaborating with other divisions to discuss upcoming campaign promotions.
  • Participating in evaluating ad performance with the Marketing team & Client.
