Qualifications

• 2.5–4 years of Oil & Gas field experience required.
• Experience with liner systems, completions, or downhole tools preferred.
• Ability to perform field calculations and engineering checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute field operations for Liner Systems across onshore, offshore, and deepwater projects in Indonesia.
• Plan jobs, prepare tools and equipment, mobilise, execute, and report post-job activities.
• Test, operate, and maintain tools according to procedures and competence levels.
• Support installation of complex equipment in the field with safety and quality focus.
• Perform engineering checks and update calculations based on well data.
• Monitor operational data and propose service improvements.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations when needed.
• Interface with clients at the well site to maintain relationships and service quality.
• Manage inventory and supplies at the well site; generate accurate job documentation.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and assist with issue resolution.
