Job summary

MateCareer mencari profesional TI yang mahir Active Directory dan manajemen identitas untuk mengelola infrastruktur Windows berlevel perusahaan di Bandung. Peran ini mencakup administrasi AD DS, GPO, DNS/DHCP, serta integrasi Azure AD dan solusi IAM.

Pengalaman 5+ tahun pada lingkungan Windows Server, PowerShell untuk otomatisasi, serta kemampuan merancang solusi backup, DR, dan keamanan akan sangat bernilai. Kandidat juga diharapkan memahami virtualisasi (Hyper-V/VMware) dan kepatuhan CIS/NIST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V or VMware).
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain AD DS environment including domain controllers, forests, trusts.
• Manage GPOs for security hardening, software deployment, and user configuration.
• Administer Azure AD and hybrid identity solutions.
• Implement IAM solutions including provisioning and RBAC.
• Troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, DNS issues.
• Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage DNS, DHCP, DFS, and File/Print services.
• Implement and manage virtualization platforms (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning.
• Harden servers per CIS/NIST; patch management strategy.
• Configure security tools like Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike; Azure Sentinel.
• Security audits, access reviews, vulnerability assessments.
• Respond to security incidents and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Automate admin tasks with PowerShell; IaC with Ansible/Terraform/DSC.
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery; high availability with Failover Clustering.
• Create system documentation and network diagrams; collaborate with teams.
