SMOKE, operated by PT Low And Slow, is a BBQ and grill restaurant in Canggu, Bali, offering low-and-slow cooking and an outdoor dining atmosphere. This full-time, on-site Senior Waitstaff role focuses on delivering attentive guest service and coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth shifts.

You will manage reservations, greet guests, take orders, train junior staff, and uphold hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service with attentive, proactive, and respectful guest interaction.
• Solid Food & Beverage knowledge including BBQ, grilled dishes, and beverages.
• Hands-on food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, ideally supervisory.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and team coordination.
• Basic cooking knowledge or understanding of kitchen processes for back-of-house coordination.
• Experience in casual or upscale dining; BBQ or grill concepts are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork, problem solving, and commitment to learning and service improvement.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages for Bali’s tourism market are beneficial.
