Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, development, and performance programs for value chain engineering teams.
• Design and implement end-to-end value chain with focus on inventory and supply assurance.
• Lead high-impact, long-duration continuous improvement projects and ensure engineering plan delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and disruptions in the value chain.
• Oversee Batam facility PDA inspection team and related processes.
