Responsibilities

• Managing staffing, development, and performance for value chain engineering teams.
• Designing and implementing end-to-end value chain for a product with focus on inventory and supply.
• Managing high-impact, long-duration value chain engineering improvement projects and ensuring product quality.
• Managing risk and recovery related to value chain disruptions.
• Overseeing Batam facility PDA inspection team and processes.
