Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Two-Wheeler Parts Executive in Jakarta to support new product development and commercial activities within an automotive trading environment. The role coordinates RFQs, quotations, development progress, and customer requirements to drive project delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with suppliers and customers, identify new business opportunities, monitor development for RFQs, and prepare reports on new model activities across segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Experience in a sales-related role is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with multi-project management capability.

Responsibilities

The Senior Two-Wheeler Parts Executive role supports new product development and commercial activities within an automotive trading environment. The position coordinates requests for quotation, quotations, development progress, customer requirements, supplier communication, and new business opportunities to support effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle new Requests for Quotation (RFQs) received from customers and L1

• Prepare and submit quotations for new RFQs received from customers and L1

• Monitor and coordinate development progress for new RFQs, including sample and event-part delivery arrangements

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding requirements for new product development projects

• Identify and develop potential customers and new business opportunities

• Conduct analysis and prepare reports related to new model activities across customer and business segments

• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills

• Previous experience in a sales-related role will be an advantage

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
