• Responsible for improvements, major repairs, and Engineering Change Notices to molds.
• Implement preventive maintenance for production molds.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and equipment needs.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing tooling and processes.
• Implement quality and safety improvements in tool room training.
