Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials or related fields is required.
• Strong knowledge of tooling design and mold making within manufacturing.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across global supply bases.

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling teams in development, tooling, production and quality control.
• Collaborate on tooling costings and forecast tooling lead times.
• Develop and implement regional PCT tools and best practices in tooling.
• Ensure tooling data management is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide training and governance for tooling staff across LO and factory groups.
