Job summary

Engio is seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key industry stakeholders. The focus is on promoting Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services across Indonesia.

You will identify opportunities, build strong client networks, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored TIC solutions while negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field; engineering or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales.
• Preferably experienced in selling inspection, certification, engineering, or industrial services, lifting equipment, or HSE services.
• Well-connected within sectors such as Oil & Gas, EPC & Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Logistics & Ports, Power Plants, Marine & Offshore, and heavy equipment.
• Able to prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia for business.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, LEEA, Kemnaker, lifting equipment inspection, load testing, or height-safety services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Market TIC services, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
