PT. Kahatex Rancaekek is seeking a Senior Textile Manufacturing Specialist to ensure fabric quality in finishing, optimize processes, and drive continuous quality improvement.

You will analyze defects, lead corrective actions, and collaborate with QC/QA, Production, Dyeing, and R&D to maintain high standards. Requirements include 5+ years in knitted fabric finishing and QA, strong knowledge of Single Jersey, Rib, and Interlock, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in textile manufacturing, knitting finishing, and quality assurance.
• Deep knowledge of knitted fabrics (Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock).
• Understanding of finishing processes, fabric inspection, and QC standards.
• Experience troubleshooting fabric defects (shrinkage, GSM variation, shade variation).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor fabric quality across finishing processes to meet customer specs.
• Identify and resolve fabric defects and finishing-related issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Optimize finishing parameters for appearance, GSM consistency, and overall quality.
• Inspect finished fabrics to ensure standards before shipment.
• Prevent release of defective fabrics to customers; reduce rework and losses.
• Collaborate with QC/QA, Production, Dyeing and R&D to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance finishing quality and efficiency.
• Prepare quality performance reports and analyze defect trends.
