Job summary

Under Armour seeks a Senior Professional Sourcing Engineer Footwear to drive timely delivery and quality across development, MST, costing, and production within partner factories. You will provide technical oversight for cleated and high-visibility products.

Based in Central Jakarta or Cirebon, you will collaborate with Tier 1 factories, engineering, and QA teams; coach staff on UA best practices; monitor commercialization calendars and data accuracy to ensure on‑time production and optimal cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Or 10 years of related work experience with no degree.
• Understanding of footwear manufacturing processes such as pattern engineering and mold making.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product engineering during development, size trials and commercialization for footwear with Tier 1 factories.
• Collaborate with factory teams to meet category specifications and product performance.
• Coach factory staff on UA best practices and track commercialization calendars.
• Identify risks affecting quality or delivery and escalate to management.
• Lead new last development and validation at style level with Asia engineering.
• Monitor CTS data and ensure accurate uploads to Centric systems.
